INTRODUCTION

Probably the single most important type of communication that we do involves the interview. Interviews occur whenever two people meet to converse, both in work and nonwork situations. It should no be put off by the student until after graduation. In fact, an intelligent student starts preparing well forehand, so that he will have something to graduate to.

Interview fall into several broad categories based on their purpose which are later further classified by subject. Our intention is to focus solely on selection interviews, namely the job interview.
